 2-7/8" x 1-3/8" x 4" block of oak wood painted black. |
 Drilled a 1-1/4" hole through the block and a 7/8" hole 1-3/4" deep for the L-rod. |

 The L rods can be expensive and hard to find. You can also make your own L Rods using .79 cent anchor bolts . |
